Claypot Crab Meehoon @ Mellben Seafood AMK

After craved for almost a year, finally I had this highly raved crab meehoon which has been introduced since years back. Yes, years back because of its super long Q. I was here after worked and it yet not reach dinner time. Otherwise, I might witness the crowd and the looooong Q.

Claypot crab meehoon soup

No doubt of its signature dish people are willing to Q for hour(s). The butter taste was not overwhelming and it is sweet and decadently delicious. The crab meat was really fresh and it teared off from the shell easily. 

From my observation, mostly every tables ordered this signature dish. 

Fried crab meehoon

We tried its fried crab meehoon in black pepper sauce. The black pepper overwhelmed and too spicy to taste.

These 2 dishes cost Sgd95. Before we leave, we saw people were Q-ing for tables and it's fullhouse! Is advisable you come to dine before 6pm and heard that they don't allow booking in advance.

Dim Sum Brunch @ Yuen Garden Puchong (Revisit)

Revisit Yuen Garden again and again for dim sum. He has to rush to airport therefore we chose the most convenient for us.

Xmas Dinner @ Robert Timms Wheelock

We had our Xmas dinner at Robert Timms Wheelock. We ordered one set of Xmas Set Meal and add on ala carte main course for sharing. It's pretty a good deal Sgd 68++ for 3 course meal. The portion was so generous and decandent indulgence.

Vodka Smoked Salmon and Mango'cado Prawn as appertiser

Luxurious combination of fresh prawn laced with smoked salmon and dressed with creamy avocado and laden mango really a great treat starter. 

Stuffed turkey with honey baked ham bottomed with mashed potato and vegetables.

Very generous portion good for sharing.

Braised Stout Kangaroo Loin $26.80

Sis has not try kangaroo meat before, so I ordered this ala carte dish for her to try on. The meat was so tender and never disappoint her.

Sticky pudding with ice cream to end our meal. :-)

Smoked Salmon and Apple Salad $13.80

Dainty creation of smoked salmon and apple cubes with refreshing tangy dressing. The smoked salmon ain't generous as I had last time.
