 Brought my family members to Brotzeit to have the famous pork knuckle and German Beer during their stay in Singapore. As Chinese, we like to eat pork and I know mum definitely like the deep fried crackling trotter skin.

Pork Knuckle $36

Crispy hind shank of grain fed pork served with potato salad, sauerkraut and homemade sauce on the side.

Brotzeit Bacon Pizza

Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, onion, vine ripened tomato and chili.

Spicy potato wedges

Original Muncher Lager, Dunkel Hefe-Weissbier and super gao Coke.

Mixed salad with crispy chicken fillet, potato salad, semi-dried tomatoes, sweet corn, cucumber and pumpkin seeds oil tossed with house dressing.

German Pork Feast @ Brotzeit Sunway Pyramid

Been to Brotzeit few times within 2 months and this was the final call for porky feast with besties in Sunway Pyramid. Bought a voucher from Groupon cost RM198 instead of RM469.80.

Pork Platter RM198

 (Roasted Pork Knuckle, tendered pork roast in gravy, smoked pork sausages, grilled pork sausages, garlic pork sausages, gipsy-style pork belly, pork meat loaf, braised german cabbage and potato salad)

The portion was definitely huge and good for sharing and every bites were awesomely lovely.

Apple Strudel RM22 (a la carte)

Traditional homemade apple strudel filled with sliced apple, flavoured with cinnamon and lemon, chopped walnut, rum and raisins served with vanilla ice-cream. The apple strudel itself was tad dry but I loved the fulfilling bite and well pairing with the vanilla ice-cream with almond flakes.

Schokoladen Mousse RM19 (a la carte)

White chocolate mousse with forest berry sauce. Divine with its creamy and smooth texture definitely a simple flavour dessert.

Paulaner Bier Mixes (also included in groupon)

(Wheat beer with mango juice, Wheat beer with cola, Wheat beer woth lemonade, Original Lager Munich with lemonade)

Pretty new flavours for me as a beer lover but I still prefer the original wheat beer without addition flavours.

Spargel Feast @ Brotzeit Somerset

Best of Brotzeit

Leg ham, belly bacon, Emmentaler cheese, red bell peppers, boiled eggs, pickles, cocktail onions, tomatoes and creme cheese.

Very generous portion and good for sharing. Nice pairing of ham, bacon and cheese together with the pickles.

Spargel with Hollandaise Sauce $25

Spargel or White Asparagus is a delicacy in Europe. The locally cultivate this "whote gold" with a mound of dirt  piled on top of it which not exposed to sunlight and result this more tender and creamy. This "royal vegetable" normally served with holladaise sauce and added the creaminess to it.

Pork Cheese Sausages

The pork sausages blend well with cheese and gave bursting sensation when you bite it.

Spicy Potato Wedges $6.80

Ma' fav all time and partnered well with German beer.

Dunkel Hefe and Original Hefe Weissbier

German Brandy $5

Schaladerer Williams Pear Brandy excellent digestif after meal. It tasted more likely to vodka rather than VSOP brandy.

Garden Salad

Mixed salad with vine ripened tomatoes, potato salad, carrot, boiled eggs, sweet corn and cucumbers tossed with house dressing. The acidic dressing did an appetizing role.

Pork Curry Sausages

The sausage topped with tomato-based sauce and garnished some curry powder sided with potato wedges was palatable and the sweetened taste doesn't really to my liking.

Pork Knuckle

Crispy hind shank of grain fedpork served with potato salad, sauerkraut (braised sauteed cabbage), and homemade sauce on the side. The mea was juicy and tender,while the skin was very crispy. The portion was definitely huge and great for sharing.

Ordered this to go along with our brews. Very nice combination and the cheese was well blend and smooth.

Hefe Weissbier $20 for 0.5litre (Happy hour all day for weekend)

No.1 Weissbier in Germany. The typical beer from Munich, top fermented, unfiltered, made with wheat malt. Naturally cloudy with vitamins and hints of banana.

Dunkel Hefe-Weissbier $20 for 0.5litre (Happy hour all day for weekend)

A full bodied beer from Munich, Chesnut-brown, naturally cloudy, top fermented and unfiltered, made with roasted wheat malt.
