Big Apple Meal @ Dean and Deluca Orchard Central

Dean and Deluca all the way from Big Apple had finally opened its flagship store in Singapore. It offers scrumptious epicurean treats for cooking, eating and entertaining that pleased their customers. Jones the Grocer and Culina  are also another purveyors of gourmet food and wines in Singapore bringing the best and newest product from around the globe.

Parmagiano Reggiano, Camembert, Stripey Jack cheese, and even Klaver Wasabi cheese can be found here. Awesome~

Salmon and Spinach Quiche $8.20

This was so yummilicious. Every bites had generous salmon and spinach fillings. The crust was crisp and great fragrant of custard too.

Mango Lassi (S) $6

Combination of mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and pinch of ground cardamon. This was cool and soothing drink after hot summer day. It also treats as folk remedy for gastroenteritis and when heats get to you.

Korean Dinner @ Sarang Korean Orchard Central

Sarang or Love, in Korean delivers an authentic and gastronomical experience and it is situated at 7th floor or Ochard Central. Some of the artistes who have personally visited the place include DGNA, Z:EA, Infinite and 2AM.

Superstar - Jeyuk Bokeum $14.80

Stir fried, spicy pork on a sizzling hot plate. The pork was marinated with sufficient sauce. Not exceptionally spicy. We liked the well blend mashed potato and the stir fried veg too.

Korean Ginseng Soup $22/pot

The deal worth going for was the Ginseng Soup in Sarang. A piece spring chicken stuffed with glutinous is double boiled with a decent-sized ginseng root for a nourishing broth. The soup was not oily and doesn't has an overwhelming ginseng flavour. Dip the meat into salt and pepper and eat the ginseng together because it is very nutritious.
