New Year Dinner @ Taste Paradise Ion Orchard

Happy New Year. Start a prosperous year with prosperous meal at Taste Paradise Ion Orchard.

Wasabi Mayonnaise Prawn $26
The wasabi prawn was not up to my taste bud. It was lacked of the power of oomph of wasabi that went through your nose and hit you.


Combination of Suckling Pig and Blazed Honey Pork $20
The suckling pig was crisp and crakling when you bite on it. The honey pork was delectable juicy and tender.

Superior Shark's Fin in Japanese Stone Pot $38.80
This double boiling shark's fin served in hot stone bowl accompanied with crispy spring roll was really good! The broth was thick and the shark's fin portion was generous too. This portion enough for sharing if you would like to try other delicacies.


Half Peking Duck $38


 The waiter get everything done for us but I would preferred to wrap my own Peking Duck roll. It served with prawn crackers.

Homemade Green Pea Tofu
My family members and I dislike this dish. They blend the greenpea together with tofu and deep fried it. The gravy was too thick and sticky and not appetizing.

Mango Sago
I liked the way they served this mango sago. Dry ice was placed below to make the effect and it was chilled enough to serve.
