Before parents depart back to Malaysia, I've arranged them to try one of the best dimsum in Singapore. Eventhough dinner at Taste Paradise was disappointing but their dim sum had enlightened us.
Har Gao $4.80
The har gao skin was slightly dry but the fresheness of the prawn gained credit of it.
Siew Mai $4.80
The siew mai was ordianry and they atop flying fish roe make it presented attractive and the filling was fresh without gamey smell.
Custard Buns $4.20 for 3pcs
Their custard bun is a specialty and for good reason. This stuff was seriously addictive and the filling was really oozy with a good-salty balance.
Prawn Rice Rolls $5.50
The rice roll was quite thick and springy.
XO Carrot Cake $8
Another signature dish is XO carrot cake. The carrot cake cubes were fulled of XO flavour and had fiery wok fragrance.
