Buffet Dinner @ Triple Three Meritus Mandarin

DBS Indulge offering 1 for 1 buffet promotion at Triple Three Meritus Mandarin which is located in Mandarin Gallery level 5. The promotion is valid from Monday-Thursday @ Sgd 68++ for lunch and Sgd 89.90++ for dinner.
The main entrace to the compound. Reservation in advance is advisable to avoid dissapointment. The dim lighting make us feel comfortable and we were sitted at the front compound.

You actually can sneak peek the buffet area from outside. :-) The concept is quite similar to Marche which divided in few stations- Teppanyaki, Chinese Cuisine, Indian Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine, Western food, Fried Tempura, Fresh seafood, and Dessert. Each station was incharged by profession chef.

Not much selection for cheese platter if compared with Ritz Carlton Greenhouse.

Bread spread- Green tea bun, Whole wheat bread, mini baguette and butter spread.

Seafood bar ranging from raw oysters, king crab, mussels, scallops, crabs, and chilled prawns.
Fresh salad and cold cuts just next to the seafood bar.

The shucked oysters were juicy and fresh. King crab claws were sweet and flaky. :-)

Few variety for fresh sashimi - Salmom, Tuna, Octopus, and Swordfish
Sushi Bar -Kani Maki, Salmon, Ebi, Tobiko and etc.

Roasted wagyu beef and honey ham is worth to try although the beef was a bit rare for my liking.

Teppanyaki section had a few selections. Beef steak, prawn, beansprout are usually gone in second when chef leaves it on a serving plates. My sister liked the beef steak cubes so much.. tender and juicy. The beansprouts were extremely fat and sweet. :-)

Indian cuisine attracted my attention and I've decided not to miss the spice dishes. Wide selections and most were heated -Briyani Rice, Bangali Machhi Curry, Tandori Chicken Tikka, Indian Vegetable of the day, Naan Bread, and Papadom.

Chinese food section. Herbal soup, Hokkien mee, Dumplings, Noodle soup and so forth.

Some deep fried side dishes such as stuffed crab, pumpkin croquette, corn croquette, and tempura. I love the pumpkin croquette most! Melt in your mouth~

Station that i crave the most! Wide selection of Nyonya Kuih to fill your entire stomach space. :-)
Cake seletion is quite limited and not much to shout about.

Overall, Triple Three buffet is worth to pay a visit especially with the ongoing 1 for 1 promotion. :-)
