Korean Dinner @ Da Sa Rang SS15 Subang Jaya

Recently crave for Korean cuisine especially bachan. So we had late dinner at Da Sa Rang SS15 Subang Jaya and so far this is the best korean restaurant with reasonable price. We ordered Dinner Set for 2 comes with kimchi soup, grilled meats and green tea.

Banchan!! I likey~

So many different types of bachan and they change occasionally.

Kimchi Soup
Very appetizing and really comfort your stomach in rainy day.

Grilled Shoulder Pork
They helped us to grilled the meat in their kitchen instead of our table. You may request them to grill at your table pit to enjoy the BBQ dining experience.

Fresh Lettuce
Very fresh and crunch lettuce to wrap with the meat and bachan. Oh! So yummy.

Squid and Pork in Sweet Sauce RM40 (ala carte)
This dish failed in term of the "wok" burn fragrant. But the taste was remain umami and tasty.

Green Tea

They add on quite number of new dishes in the menu and will return to try them all.

Scramble Egg Lunch @ Maison Kayser Scott Square Orchard

Maison Kayser bakery is located conveniently at Scott Square Orchard has wide selection of breads and a nice place to hang around.

They do have few selections of set lunch to choose. I chose Scramble Egg Lunch which came with soup, scramble egg, baked bacon, and croissant that cost $11.40.

Mushroom Soup
The mushroom soup is not creamery type and tad bland for my liking.

Lots of chunked mushroom

Scramble egg with bacon and freshly baked croissant
Lovely portion with perfect scramble egg, baked bacon and crisp warm croissant. No doubt, the croissant is one of their signature with crispy flakey outer and fragrant buttery taste.

Lemon Citron Tarte $4.40
Lemon tarte atop beautifully with meringue dollops was not as acidic as I expected and balancing sweet pleased my tastebud.

Smooth, soft and zesty lemon curb

Australian Dessert @ Robert Timms Somerset

Espresso Macchiato $4.80
One shot of espresso macchiato to kick out my stressful day perhaps.

English Breakfast Tea $6
Her all time favourite no matter where she dine. British influenced after a year stay in Great Britain?

Pavlova with Strawberry Ice-cream $11.50
This was so attractive topped with berries coulis disintegrate the meringue crust and accompanied with strawberry ice-cream. The moist marshmallow-like centre was soft and moist in texture was palatable sweet and melodious.
Lemon Lamington $3.20
The outlook was rather ordinary but this Aussie sponge cake coated with thin lemon icing and dessicated coconut offered an enticing satisafactory.

The zesty lemon curb sandwiched between the light sponge was so delightful with palatable lemon kick.
Chocolate Lamington $3.20
The delish chocolate lamington not overly sweet and good tasting.

Robert Timms is definitely a place for you if you crave for Aussie desserts and coffee with great dining experience.

Korean Dinner @ SU Korean Far East Plaza

Side dishes- Banchan
Most exciting part having Korean cuisine was a chance to taste different kind of banchan. Kimchi is the essential banchan of a standard Korean meal. A meal is not consider complete if without kimchi.

Spicy Kimchi Soup $16
The kimchi soup was particularly hot and tantalizing. Served with huge slices of cabbage and it slightly tasted like Chinese version Sour and Spicy Vegetables (酸辣菜). It spicy level was lower than expected.

Beef Bibimbap $16
Shredded beef, vegetables and rice were thrown in together and mixed well with sweet sauce before eating. I liked this version more than Bulgogi Brothers.

Mango's Birthday Celebration @ Pantai Seafood Village Kayu Ara PJ

G-Shock club gathering + Mango's birthday celebration at Pantai Seafood Kayu Ara, PJ. I was an hour late for the dinner and by the time I reached there, the food were served. I felt pretty bad to keep them waiting.

Scalding Prawns/ Bak Cheuk Prawns
The best way of cooking method to enjoy the freshness and sweetness of the prawns.

Steamed Fish with Assam Sauce
Palatably tangy with smooth kick from the thick spices was decadently creamy with good fragrance.

Steamed Fish with Soy Sauce
Steamed fish with superior soy sauce was excellent. The meat were fresh, tender and natural sweetness.

Claypot Seafood
The seafood was rich in flavour but too much of curry powder
overly hit my tastebud.

Deep Fried Pork Ribs
The meat pieces were huge with each being tender and juicy.

Marmite Chicken Cubes
Coated with honeyed marmite sauce revealed nectarous and savouriness flavour.

Minced Meat Tofu
Minced meat tofu was simply good with rice.

Stir Fried Vegetables with Mushroom
Green vegetables good for health. Go for more.

Stir Fried Kailan with Garlic
Crunch kailan with great garlic fragrant.

Lotus Paste Pancake

Longan with Sea Coconut

Birthday cake for Mango.

Bulgogi Brothers first outlet opened in Paradigm mall and subsequent outlets will be in Pavillion, Mid Valley and eCurve. Lotus Root, Pumpkin Mash, Green Vege
I liked the crunchy lotus root marinated with sweetened seasoning and chilled pumpkin mash.

Radish, Kimchi, Kangkung
You can replenish as much as you like.

Complimentary Sweet Potatoes, Sweet Corns,  Edamame
I stuffed myself with sweet potato and sweet corn while waiting for the main dishes.

Bulgogi Bibimbap RM29.90
We ordered Bulgogi Bibimbap with combination of beef, vegetables, served on top of rice and special spicy sauce.

The waiter helped us to mix up the bulgogi bibimbap.

Everything was well-blended eventually.

Haemul Doenjang Jjigae RM26.90
This slow cooked doenjang broth with shrimps, mussels, soft shell crabs and vegetables was so comforting.

Very generous portion with plenty of vegetable and tofu. However no shrimps were found in this soup.

Oksusu Cha (Corn Tea)
Corn tea is good for those who has high blood, diabetes and kidney problem.

We were given a complimentary voucher with any purchase of one BBQ menu item for next visit.
