Besides of nice food, i also keen with great scenic and nice environment when comes to dining experience. Level 33@ Marina Bay Financial Centre attracts my attention because of its huge brewery. It claims to be World's Highest Urban Craft Brewery with one of the best view's of Singapore Marina Bay and city skyline.
There is a direct elevator at ground floor to Level 33 rooftop of MBFC.
You will be impressed with this huge brewery tankers once you step out from the lift.
They have both indoor and outdoor section. If weather allow, please request to sit at the terrace and enjoy the wonderful scenic view with a pint of freshly brewed beer. :-)
Advance booking is advisable because it's always FULL HOUSE! You can make reservation thru their website or chope.com.sg
Can you see the huge beer tanks?? When I see this, it triggered my memories when I was in Perth for my convocation. I did visit Little Creature Brewery in Fermantle, one of the best beer I've tried so far.
Freshly brewed craft beers
12pm-8pm 0.3litre $9.33, 0.5litre $13.33
After 8pm 0.3litre $12.33, 0.5litre $17.33
Fat Chips $10
We ordered a portion of fat chips which ideally goes well with beer. The chips sprinkles with salt and pepper but we dont really like it as it's kinda soft and not crispy.
Seafood Medley $45 (for 2 pax sharing)
It served with mixed of pickles, marinated, smoked and cured seafood with caper berries, lemon, sauce tartar, and smoked salt.
Very generous portion and definitely enough for 2 pax sharing. Very well compliment with chilled beer.
The Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade, Singapore Flyer and the skyline. Awesome rite?
The Fullerton, OCBC building and custom house. :-)
Highly recommend this place if you intend to organise a special and memorable function. I will definitely bring my family and friends here for a great chill out~
